Collectively, we have worked in the wellbeing and health and community service sectors for over three decades.

Our mission is to equip people and organisations to be well at work – so work can be a safe space where everyone cares for each other’s health, safety, and wellbeing.

Whether you work in primary care; mental health, disability, aged or community services; government or any other part of the health and community services sector – then you’re in the right place.

Our dedicated website offers evidence-informed strategies and insights from people that work in the sector, helpful resources and online courses - all focused-on workplace wellbeing.

For those that have less time in front of a computer screen – you can receive wellbeing support from our brand-new podcast – officially launching on Monday 28 March. Listen in your car, on your daily walk or whilst cooking dinner – our podcast is available wherever you are.

The Workplace Wellbeing natters podcast encourages us all to take care of our own wellbeing, and the people we’re working with. We (Linda and Danielle) take you through our own insights and experience working in the sector, provide you with strategies to help foster wellbeing in your workplace, hear from people in the sector and regularly chat with guest speakers who currently work in the sector. The podcast is packed full of helpful information and relatable experiences.

Find our podcast by searching for Workplace Wellbeing natters on your favourite podcast streaming service – (Spotify, iTunes etc.) or you can listen directly on our website. And you can even download for offline listening.

We also offer a range of training and education options on our website, that use positive psychology approaches and evidence-informed strategies to build mental health knowledge, wellbeing capability and confidence in the workplace. Available webinars, workshops and courses can be completed online or in-person – allowing you to choose whatever suits you and/or your workplace best.

And as you’ve discovered by reading this article – we also have a helpful blog where we regularly post the latest information, tips and relevant news from the sector.
