GST) This workshop is relevant to anyone in the workplace who is seeking to enhance their knowledge of mental health problems in the workplace. We will discuss the prevalence and impact, common risk factors and indicators of poor mental health. We will also explore how to approach someone you are concerned about. Learning outcomes: • Knowledge of mental ill-health in the workplace • Identifying common risk and protective factors in your workplace • Insight into common indicators of poor mental health • How to approach someone you may be concerned about • Reasonable adjustments / stay at work / return to work considerations
