Service Description
Online or in-person workshop 6 hours online / 4 hours in person Suitable for all employees Price is for a group of up to 20 participants (exc. GST) This workshop is relevant to anyone in the workplace who is seeking to enhance their knowledge of mental health problems in the workplace. We will discuss the prevalence and impact, common risk factors and indicators of poor mental health, and provide a basic understanding of common mental health problems. We will also explore how to approach someone you are concerned about, and services and supports available. Learning outcomes: • Knowledge of mental ill-health in the workplace • Common risk and protective factors • Insight into common indicators of poor mental health • Understanding of common mental health problems including stress, burnout, depression, anxiety, psychosis and substance use • How to approach someone you may be concerned about • Services and supports
