Online or in-person workshop 3 hours online / 4 hours in person Suitable for Managers, Supervisors & Team Leaders Price is for a group of up to 20 participants Supportive communication for Workplace Conversations (especially those you would rather not have). This workshop provides all people responsible for communicating with others (including providing feedback) with practical information, tools and strategies for supportive communication. We will discuss the supportive communication approach, fundamental language hints, the emotional intelligence framework as a tool for preparing for courageous conversations and step by step approaches to guide corrective conversations. Learning outcomes: • Understand the impact of language styles when communicating • Knowledge of supportive communication model and how to apply it to enhance communication • An emotionally intelligent approach to preparing for courageous conversations • Practical frameworks for corrective conversations • Experience applying the frameworks to your workplace context
