Service Description
2 x 90minute sessions (1 week apart) - Online OR 1 x 4hour session in person Suitable for all employees Price is for a group of up to 20 people (exc. GST). This workshop is for everyone who wants to enhance their wellbeing at work and is especially powerful for teams. We will explore evidence informed strategies for boosting wellbeing at work, including working in brain friendly ways to minimise stress, developing strengths, helpful mindsets, and setting motivational goals. You will develop a practical Wellbeing @ Work plan and come away with resources to support you. Learning outcomes: • Awareness of evidence informed strategies to boost wellbeing at work • Knowledge of strengths, mindsets and actions to enhance wellbeing at work • Development of a Wellbeing @ Work plan including practical strategies • Identify resources to support your wellbeing
